Found some cool stuff on clearance and snagged some points. Got me to spend money on which I hadn't planned.

I like using the extension. It is easy to see and updates you when points are applicable. This have revolutionized my shopping to make my money work for me.

Great extension that easily allows me to earn while I shop. The transparency around increased prices, points falling off due to a glitch, missing points due to high dollar purchases are all common occurrences. Report it when you see it, enjoy the opportunity, and please, for everyone's sanity, please be more transparent.

I like that it makes shopping easy by clearly capturing where you get what type of points and easily tracks it to your RR account - I have however had problems with some of my shopping not be tracked properly so it make me anxious as I do not see the points reflected on my RR account nor on the history which leads me to believe the activation has to be checked every single time before a purchase is made. If you can improve the tracking for all purchases tied to a RR Visa card automatically, then this would be amazing. I am currently awaiting the crediting of bonus points tied to my shopping on the motley fool

Southwest RR chose not to honor the 5x points on a site where we purchased $2800 worth of items. The extension auto-logged us out and then rather than honor the 14,000 earned points, Southwest gives a windy excuse about how it's not their fault, it wasn't intentional, but they still can't honor it because the vendor didn't pay them their commission on our sale. Untrustworthy.

Really convenient, but sometimes doesn't work. A couple times I used the button and was sent to the site and activated rewards, only to find after ordering that my SW RR points were not booked....

I love the Southwest shopping extension for Google Chrome. I have earned so many Rapid Rewards this way.

I recently found out I *never* get the points automatically. After using it all year, activating it and waiting for it to slowly load - being preoccupied that "wait did I switch browser tabs, better activate it again and start over so I get credit" .... I log in to my account and see I had 0 transactions this year - lots of shop visits but never the points. I'm going back through and submitting for the ones I still have the receipts, but boy does this feel like a scam. I don't use a VPN or firewall, or affiliate links, I am doing this on Chrome on my desktop or laptop. I get the Congratulations pop up when I'm done shopping... nothing.

Makes it easy to access stores without having to open the individual websites. Time saving.

It's great... when it decides to work! When it does work, it's really convenient to not have to remember to go through the portal itself - and even sites I didn't know it applied to, I could theoretically get points from. However... I've been using this for some time now, and while it shows many websites that it -should- apply to, the popup that appear doesn't want to work half (and steadily more often) of the time. I'll hit the "Activate ## Points" and it'll do the bar as if it's loading... then just reset back to the activate button, and I don't get my points. If they can fix whatever is going on with that, it'd be great.

I like that I do not have to search for what companies I can obtain points associated with Southwest. Great for shopping.
